TOT-SIBBNS is a joint venture company between U.S.-based TOT Energy (TOTY.OB) and Russia-based SIBBNS (Sibburnefteservis). Our expertise includes drilling and oilfield services for Russian and international oil companies operating in Western Siberia, Russia's largest oil and gas producing region.

TOT-SIBBNS' dedicated team includes 190 skilled and highly experienced oilfield specialists, the majority of these specialists worked at one of Russia's largest geological companies, the Ministry USSR (Novosibirskgeologia).
