TOT-SIBBNS' dedicated team includes 190 skilled and highly experienced oilfield specialists. By emphasizing safety, preventive maintenance and ongoing communication with customers, our people deliver performance that exceeds expectations and industry standards.

Tenured professionals comprise our company's senior management. Our Executive Director is a 35-year veteran if Russia's oil drilling sector with an excellent understanding of Western Siberia. Prior to the formation of TOT-SIBBNS, he was Chief Executive Officer of SIBBNS. Under his leadership SIBBNS experienced significant growth by serving the largest corporations in Russia's oil and gas industry, including Schlumberger and TNK-BP. Earlier in his career he served as Chief Engineer of "Novosibirskgeologia" JSC, which was one of the largest geological state companies of the Ministry of Geology USSR in Western Siberia.
