TOT-SIBBNS serves Western Siberia, Russia's largest oil and gas producing region. Our operations are conducted in the Tiumen, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, and Kurgan regions, as well as in the Khanty-Mansiisk automonous district.
